About Hong Kong Ordinances

This database contains the Ordinances of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) of the People's Republic of China. These ordinances are consolidated with amendments that came into operation on or before the date as specified on the front page of the Bilingual Laws Information System (BLIS) of the Department of Justice of the HKSAR Govenment.

These Ordinances and their subsidiary legislation are provided by the Department of Justice. These materials are also available from BLIS. BLIS also provides historical versions since 30 June 1997 and the Chinese language texts of all legislation.
