Falsification of register or roll

PART VI

MISCELLANEOUS OFFENCES AND PROHIBITIONS

Any person who wilfully makes, or causes to be made, a false statement in a
matter relating-

   (a)  to the register or to the registration of any name therein; or

   (b)  to the roll or to the enrolment of any name therein, shall be guilty
        of an offence and shall be liable upon conviction to a fine of $1000
        and to imprisonment for 3 months. (Replaced 38 of 1970 s. 12)
