DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ORDINANCE - SECT 9
Saving as to existing jurisdiction
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
Amendments retroactively made - see 25 of 1998 s. 2 The powers conferred under
this Ordinance shall be in addition to and not in derogation from the powers
of the Court of First Instance and the District Court. (Amended 25 of 1998 s.
