TRUSTEE ORDINANCE - SECT 43
Power to authorize remuneration
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
Amendments retroactively made - see 25 of 1998 s. 2 Where the court appoints a
corporation to be a trustee either solely or jointly with another person, the
court may authorize the corporation to charge such remuneration for its
services as trustee as the court may think fit. (Amended 25 of 1998 s. 2) [cf.
1925 c. 19 s. 42 U.K.]
