Registrar's index of company names

Adaptation amendments retroactively made - see 23 of 1999 s. 3

(1) The Registrar shall keep an index of the names of the following-

   (a)  every company; and

   (b)  every company incorporated outside Hong Kong which has complied with
        section 333.

(2) The Chief Executive may by order amend subsection (1) so as to add to it
any other body or class of body whether incorporated or unincorporated.
