Articles prescribing regulations for companies

Articles of Association
There may in the case of a company limited by shares, and there shall in the
case of a company limited by guarantee or unlimited, be registered with the
memorandum, articles of association signed by the founder members and
prescribing regulations for the company. (Amended 15 of 1955 s. 2 ; 30 of 2004
