DISTRICT COURT ORDINANCE - SECT 42

Transfer to the Court of First Instance of proceedings within the jurisdiction of the Court

The Court may, either of its own motion or on the application of any party,
order the transfer to the Court of First Instance of all or part of any action
or proceeding within the jurisdiction of the Court. (Replaced 28 of 2000 s.
