Procedure on appeal

Adaptation amendments retroactively made - see 25 of 1998 s. 2 Subject to the
provisions of this Ordinance, every appeal from the Court to the Court of
Appeal shall be brought in such manner and shall be subject to such conditions
as are prescribed by the Rules of the High Court ( Cap 4 sub. leg.).
