ARBITRATION ORDINANCE - SECT 30

Terms as to costs, etc.

Any order made under this Part may be made on such terms as to costs or
otherwise (including, in the case of an order under section 6B or 2GE, the
remuneration of the arbitrator or umpire in respect of his services as the
authority making the order thinks just. (Amended 85 of 1975 s. 5; 10 of 1982
