ARBITRATION ORDINANCE - SECT 40F
Publication of list of recognized Mainland arbitral authorities
(1) The Secretary for Justice shall from time to time publish in the Gazette a
list of the recognized Mainland arbitral authorities.
(2) A list published under subsection (1) is not subsidiary legislation. (Part
IIIA Added 2 of 2000 s. 5)
