Establishment of the Board

PART II

CONSTITUTION OF THE BOARD

(1) There is hereby established a Board to be known as the Minor Employment
Claims Adjudication Board.

(2) The Board shall consist of such adjudication officers as may be appointed
under section 4.

(3) The Board shall have such jurisdiction and powers as are conferred on it
by this or any other Ordinance.

(4) Any power conferred on the Board by this Ordinance may be exercised by an
adjudication officer.

(5) All proceedings before the Board shall be inquired into, heard and
determined by an adjudication officer sitting alone. (Enacted 1994)
