Appointment of Director, inspectors, etc.

MISCELLANEOUS

(1) The Chief Executive may appoint a person to be Director of Apprenticeship
under this Ordinance. (Amended 54 of 2000 s. 3)

(2) The Director of Apprenticeship appointed under subsection (1) may appoint
inspectors and such other officers as he may consider necessary for carrying
out the purposes of this Ordinance.

(3) Notice shall be given in the Gazette of an appointment under subsection
(1) or (2). (Replaced 34 of 1991 s. 4)
