APPRENTICESHIP ORDINANCE - SECT 38

Returns to be made to the Director

For the purposes of this Ordinance, the Director may, by notice in writing
served by registered post or by notice in the Gazette, require any employer or
class of employers to make returns and reports in such form and at such times
as he may in such notice direct. (Amended 13 of 1982 s. 11)
