APPRENTICESHIP ORDINANCE - SECT 41
Obstruction
Any person who obstructs the Director, an inspector or any person authorized
by the Director in writing, performing or exercising any function, duty or
power under this Ordinance shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable
on conviction to a fine of $5000 and to imprisonment for 6 months. (Amended 13
of 1982 s. 11)
