CHILD ABDUCTION AND CUSTODY ORDINANCE - SECT 13
Cost of applications
The costs mentioned in the third paragraph of Article 26 of the Convention
shall not be borne by the Secretary for Justice or any other authority in Hong
Kong except so far as they fall to be so borne by virtue of the grant of legal
aid under the Legal Aid Ordinance ( Cap 91). (Amended L.N. 362 of 1997) [cf.
