CHILD ABDUCTION AND CUSTODY ORDINANCE - SECT 14
Termination of existing custody's orders, etc.
Amendments retroactively made-see 25 of 1998 s. 2 Where an order is made by
the Court of First Instance for the return of a child under this Ordinance,
any custody order relating to the child shall cease to have effect. (Amended
25 of 1998 s. 2) [cf. 1985 c. 60 s. 25(1) U.K.]
