CHILD ABDUCTION AND CUSTODY ORDINANCE - SECT 3
Convention to have force of law in Hong Kong
Subject to the provisions of this Ordinance, the provisions of the Convention
as set out in Schedule 1 shall have the force of law in Hong Kong. [cf. 1985
c. 60 s. 1(2) U.K.]
