CHILD ABDUCTION AND CUSTODY ORDINANCE - SECT 7

Interim powers

Amendments retroactively made-see 25 of 1998 s. 2 Where an application has
been made to the Court of First Instance under the Convention, the
Court of First Instance may, at any time before the application is determined,
give any interim direction as it thinks fit for the purpose of securing the
welfare of the child concerned or of preventing changes in the circumstances
relevant to the determination of the application. (Amended 25 of 1998 s. 2)
