Declaration of extreme urgency

GOVERNMENT USE OF PATENTED INVENTIONS
The Chief Executive in Council may, for the purposes of applying sections 69
to 71, by regulation declare a period of extreme urgency whenever Chief
Executive in Council considers it to be necessary or expedient in the public
interest for the maintenance of supplies and services essential to the life of
the community or for securing sufficient supplies and services essential to
