PART IXA

IMPORT COMPULSORY LICENCES FOR PATENTED PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS

In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires— “Director” (署長)
means the Director of Health; “import compulsory licence”
(進口強制性特許) means a compulsory licence granted under section 72C;
“import compulsory licensee” (進口強制性特許持有人) means the
holder of an import compulsory licence; “proprietor” (所有人), in
relation to a patent, means the proprietor of the patent that is granted in
Hong Kong. (Part IXA added 21 of 2007 s. 5) “Director” (署長) “import
compulsory licence” (進口強制性特許) “import compulsory licensee”
(進口強制性特許持有人) “proprietor” (所有人)
