PATENTS ORDINANCE - SECT 72O

Notification of grant of export compulsory licences

The Director shall as soon as practicable after the grant of an export
compulsory licence under section 72M—

   (a)  give notice in writing to the proprietor of the patent concerned, as
        identified pursuant to the information specified in the application in
        accordance with section 72L(2)(a)(vi), of the grant of the licence and
        its terms and conditions; and

   (b)  advertise in the official journal notice of the grant of the licence
        and its terms and conditions. (Part IXB added 21 of 2007 s. 5)
