PATENTS ORDINANCE - SECT 8
Designation of patent offices
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
Amendments retroactively made - see 22 of 1999 s. 3 The Chief Executive in
Council may for the purposes of this Ordinance by notice published in the
Gazette designate a patent office established under the law of any country,
territory or area other than Hong Kong or established under any international
agreement. (Amended 22 of 1999 s. 3)
