EMPLOYMENT ORDINANCE - SECT 12A
Interpretation
Due to technical constraints, sections 12A and 12AA of this Ordinance are
placed after section 12 in the BLIS system. The correct sequence of the
sections should be "12A, 12, 12AA". PART III
MATERNITY PROTECTION
In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires-
"pregnant employee" (懷孕僱員) means a female employee whose pregnancy has
been confirmed by a medical certificate. (Added 73 of 1997 s. 2)
