EMPLOYMENT ORDINANCE - SECT 31M
Death of employer or of employee
Part I of the Third Schedule shall have effect in relation to the death of an
employer; and Part II of that Schedule shall have effect in relation to the
death of an employee. [cf. 1965 c. 62 s. 23 U.K.]
