HIGH COURT ORDINANCE - SECT 28
Sittings of High Court and distribution of business
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
Adaptation amendments retroactively made - see 25 of 1998 s. 2 PART IV
SITTINGS AND DISTRIBUTION OF BUSINESS
(1) The High Court shall sit at such times and at such places as the Chief
Justice shall appoint.
(2) The distribution of business of the High Court shall be made in accordance
with directions given by the Chief Justice. (Amended 25 of 1998 s. 2)
