Adaptation amendments retroactively made - see 25 of 1998 s. 2 PART II
THE HIGH COURT (Amended 25 of 1998 s. 2)
(1) There shall be a High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region
consisting of the Court of First Instance and the Court of Appeal.
(2) Subject to the provisions of this Ordinance, the High Court shall be a
court of unlimited civil and criminal jurisdiction. (Replaced 110 of 1997 s.
