Short title and commencement

PRELIMINARY

(1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Human Reproductive 
Technology Ordinance.

(2) This Ordinance shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the
Secretary for Food and Health by notice in the Gazette. (Amended L.N. 106 of
2002; L.N. 130 of 2007)
