HUMAN REPRODUCTIVE TECHNOLOGY ORDINANCE - SECT 26 

Renewal of licence

References in this Ordinance to-

   (a)  an application for a licence (howsoever expressed) shall include an
        application for the renewal of a licence; and

   (b)  the grant of a licence (howsoever expressed) shall include the renewal
        of a licence, and the other provisions of this Ordinance shall be
        construed accordingly.
