HUMAN REPRODUCTIVE TECHNOLOGY ORDINANCE - SECT 31
Lost, etc. licences
Where a licence has been lost, defaced or destroyed, the Council may issue to
the holder thereof another licence in like terms, and any such licence so
issued shall, for the purposes of this Ordinance, be deemed to have been
granted under section 23(1)(a).
